It's kind of simple
Some don't want to hear anything come from the media that doesn't jive with what they see through blue glasses
They don't want a beat writer. They don't want the bad just the good exaggerated. They want a BYU apologist.
They want to watch Shawn Hanity. They don't want to listen to Bill O'Reilly. In fact they think Bill O'Reilly and Chris Mathews are the same guy.
Drew isn't the problem. What they don't like is the message. So what do they do? Shoot the messenger of course.
