Every success that Bronco has had...
And look... I'll take a win over Oklahoma any day, Boise State... and I recognize that at the moment of those games they were great wins. But every "success" that equals an opportunity ends up being lost a short time or next game later.
At the end of the day, Bronco has had some successes, but they are minimal at best, especially when you compare them to what are or were our equals in Utah, TCU, Boise State. If we want to align ourselves with USU... then obviously what Bronco has done looks pretty good.
Reality though is... we really haven't done much, and we had opportunities to do so much more. And I think, because of how quickly BYU can capture the nation after a single win... I honestly believe that we have the side of just about everyone wanting us to succeed. Problem is that we are tossing small pebbles into a pond and celebrating the small ripple in the pond, when we've had the opportunity to be throwing large boulders into the pond like TCU, Utah and Boise State had done which would be the big splash. Our small pebbles of success are being completely out shined by the large splashes of Utah, Boise State and TCU.
