There is still a lot of room for improvement in recruiting
BYU hasn't been getting even 50% of the blue chip LDS talent the last few years.
If BYU could do a better job with the blue chip talent where they should have a recruiting advantage, it would significantly upgrade the talent and would put them closer to the TCU and ahead of the Utah recruiting rankings.
