Unless you get a big raise in pay one year, you can only make up a large sum of debt at once by #1 not spending anything other than paying debt or #2 getting some equity from somewhere to pay and consolidate that debt.

I don't every recommend consolidating debt on a credit card unless you know you can pay it off quickly.
