transferring assets into a company's name etc. Not only do you have legal fees up the wazoo, you now have multiple experts investigating. Sure my life sucks for a few years while I'm stuck paying child support and alimony. Sure I had to write a check for 90k to split my retirement but at least I have financial certainty. I know exactly when all these issues come to an end. Child support drops precipitously this may when my daughter graduates, alimony is over next year. I know it sounds miserable but sometimes you have to take it like a man and deal with it. At least I have a fairly well paying job and my household income is about to double in a couple of weeks.
