My thoughts too. I agree that you could list him lower for lack of experience.
That's why KN was the safer hire b/c of the experience, but the upside with KS is much higher potentially because of his personality and recruiting ability, and especially with uniqueness of BYU. I would probably rank him at a B- because of the lack of experience and risks involved there.
I'm definitely in wait and see mode for several years, but very excited for the potential in the future.
