actually had a dedicated turn lane into a side street. He was more than happy to wait. But the the first two lanes of traffic were at a stand still and waving him through as there were cars backed up behind the turner as well. When the car began to turn, a car in the middle lane about 3 deep, made a fast lane change into the outside lane unaware of what was happening in front of him.
