We have to have tough conversations about beginning- and end-of-life care.
Canada has it wired. Is everyone happy? No. And those who have money can go do something additional. If you have LOTS of money you can chase private doctors, or go to other countries.
When 80% of HC dollar goes to the first and last 6 months of life, we need to talk.
