We do not want to model Canada. Served my mission there, the standard of care is

way below what we get here in the US. They tout their "free" healthcare but ask anyone there who needed any care beyond the sniffles and and they will admit the care is terrible. If they have a serious health problem they will come to the US if they have the money.
