My wife's father has heart problems and he says he has had no problems
receiving treatments.
My wife's mother also had heart problems. Ironically, she died five years ago while visiting us in the US. Her death had nothing to do with the American health care system. She didn't let us know how sick she really was and died in her sleep on, further irony, my mom's birthday.
