Free medicaid ticks me off. Its unreal what some people will come to the urgent

care for, and I think its probably the same at the ED and their primary doc. If they had even a 5 dollar copay, they might think twice about coming in for Johnny's "fever" of 99.8 for 2 hours or sally's "cough" for a day or timmy's fall, that has a bruise that doesn't even hurt.
