The elite Poly kids from California don't have BYU high on

Their list of dream school. Actually, any ELITE athlete, period, doesn't have BYU as their dream school. In Samoa, BYU (as well as any school there recruiting) is a dream come true. But not so in California and other states. In state kids, maybe, but when was the last one an elite instate kid stayed home, let alone, go to BYU?
