Not sure he knows what he is talking about.
Players want to win, period. They are not so loyal they are willing to lose games because of it.
I know he all dislike Urban, but look how he handled Braxton Miller coming back from injury. Did the Pats revolt when Brady was kept in over Bledsoe? It happens and teams survive.
I have been close to various football programs and played football. I have never heard a coach give anyone a permanent job. Sitake and Detmer game Taysom his shot (more than fair), if they decide to try something new no one should fault them.
