Last night - his performance was near the worst of any QB BSU has faced this year - by the numbers.
He didn't get it done. It was handed to him on a platter. He couldn't score when given the ball inside the opponents territory MANY times. That's simply not good enough. That offense was about as pathetic as I have seen. All year. Last night was more of the same we have seen all year. Not statistically different than any of the other embarrassing offensive performance of this year.
I wish it was otherwise. I want to make excuses. The numbers don't lie. This offense is underperforming - Taysom is underperforming. Jamaal is literally the only part of this offense that the numbers don't look bad for.
