Tile floors that look like wood, everyone is always shocked and they are much easier to clean, upgraded carpet and pad, Elongated toilets, big pantry, closet near living room to store electronics, run through ceiling, its awesome. Double oven, big garage (ours is 3-car plus extended so technically 4 car but back is workshop, man door off garage is a must), pour cement while building, costs much more after. They cost a lot but crank windows are amazing, we got a few for free (builders fault) and we like them a lot more than our normal windows. No pre-fab tubs, get nicer ones with tile around them, pre-fab squeak like crazy. Two AC units, one down, one up. Double sinks in all bathrooms minus powder room.

We wish we had spent a little more for a larger family room.
