she has multiple teachers? as mentioned I'd try to focus on positive incentives,
spend time with her on her homework take an interest in how her daily work is coming, check her backpack for incomplete papers and ask her every night questions about when tests are, what she learned etc. But not take it too seriously until 9th+ when grades actually count, but it's good to try to teach her that school is important to try to do your best.
