Let it go. Tell her its unacceptable and challenge her to do better.

She gets a fresh start, so it does not really matter that much. Don't ground her before making her leave her friends. That's a lot of bad feelings toward you for a long time. Maybe have her do some online math or something before she can play with her friends each day.
