I wouldn't worry too much. I've had similar problems with kids and the next
Year they bounced back. Let her know your expectations and disappointment but also that you love her. You may even institute some kind of summer learning task because she fail to meet family expectations. But honestly the more I nag the worse they do. But so far on they always bounce back because they have expectations for themselves and really do want to do well.
