You are considered low income at a household income of $105K in the City of SF

I grew up in Cupertino in a 3/2 home, 1200 sq feet, 10000 sq yard that is on Redfin listed at $1.75M (and it looks the same it did 30 years ago).

This is why I moved this business from the Bay Area to Utah. The quality of life in the Bay Area is disheartening. I turned down 2x what I made in Orange County because the housing situation was seriously not worth it.
