Most of my thoughts were already addressed by others here but here's a few more
I'm a millennial but I also manage millennials who are slightly younger than me every day. I have had some that are exactly what you're describing, but I've had others that are excellent. You sound really silly when you project your perception onto the entire group.

Maybe you're right that a higher percentage of millennials are how you describe compared to other generations (I'd love to see an actual study), but one could argue that a big part of it is that there are way more opportunities than there were in the past. When you have 5 different companies that could come calling at any minute, your loyalty tends to go down. You're also spot on that a lot of millennials saw their parents get screwed over by their employers too many times. I'm one of those. I have no desire to stick around in a corporate environment.

"Why don't you use google or Youtube to find an answer instead of text the boss during an inventor meeting that there is a "911" emergency because you can figure out where to locate Google Drive preferences?"

Is this actually real? If there is one thing millennials are good at, it's finding information and self-teaching via google, YouTube, etc. I've found the exact opposite to be true regarding millennials.

"Our education system is not preparing the Millennials to be value assets in our work force."

I completely agree. Our education system is a terrible waste of time and resources.
