He had the training but not the tools
He was very well groomed in High School. Acurate good arm but lacked size and athleticism.
He could throw with anyone but in game situations did not have the toughness. Looked overwhelmed.
In his defense he was in the program at a weird time. The 2 QB system was bound to fail and then ended up with an OC that was not ready to be OC.
