I'm not saying he can't get there in another year (or two), but so far he hasn't shown that he can be an effective pocket QB.

I don't think it's fair to just write him off, but I also don't see any reason to be particularly high in him at this point. I think he could probably be adequate. I don't know if he could be better than that.
