I rewatched the 2016 game again and was impressed with Troy Williams
You may be underestimating his abilities. He can read blitzes well, make quick decisions, and is difficult to tackle. I'm not a football analyst but I think he is pretty good and will be improved with another year under his belt.
Your point about him having 4 excellent o-lineman is a great observation. Will be interesting to see how he does--hopefully he sucks this year.
