Leadership...Only one name has really stood out all year...Fred Warner...
Hard for him to lead the offense from his linebacking position. You can see the demeanor of the offense changes when Hoge is playing. There is more fire and intensity. I am not sure how things unraveled so quickly outside of injuries to the QB position. Crazy to see what was considered a strength turn out closer to a weakness.
The remainder of the season needs to be spent trying to win, but also evaluating talent and leadership. The team needs leaders to step up and be ready for next year....after Fred leaves.
