Qbs who run to escape last longer than those who run for more yards.
The fact that Taysom never seemed to slide is a failure of both coaching and playing. Exciting yes. Selfish too. All of our mobile QBs have lost battles against linebackers. They also lost their teams the rest of the season and maybe careers.
I wasn't surprised when I saw Hoge put his shoulder into a linebacker and lose. These guys aren't being coached to slide. It's not high school anymore hitting little guys. Very undisciplined.
