Leadership and chemistry. I see it differently.
A big collection of college aged football players? The only thing that can bring such a group together is winning. Tons of winning teams out there have quirky QBs or star players who aren't great leaders. The issue isn't leadership or chemistry. That's just a byproduct. The issues are talent, depth, and coaching inexperience, in that order.
