He was able to grab input from a lot of past BYU guys (Felberg, Sikahema, Checketts, Hale, etc.) although would have been really nice for President Worthen and Tom H to weigh in. This article was due... it's been hard for a lot of people to endure BYU football and basketball the past several years--especially those of us old enough to have experienced some of the glorious days first hand.

To me, this article marks an inflection point in BYU sports. Robinson obviously offers no solution, which is where I reside as well. The mission of the University and the Church is not going to change. The context in which we operate has changed. It is a reality of sports and life.
