Baylor was irrelevant.
The proposed16 was CU, A&M, UT, TTU, OU, OSU. Colorado was in in this iteration.
The fallback was CU plus Utah. CU was in in this iteration as well. CU got the offer once the PAC-12 with CU/UU got approval. Nothing to do with Baylor.
Also, the fallback for A&M’s expected SEC move was Utah. The PAC tried to bring KU in please of OSU at the last minute as well.
