P5 coaches make non P5 stops all the time as a stepping stone

Look at Scott Frost at UCF: goes from OC at mighty Oregon to winless G5 team so he can be head coach, and it’s worked out perfect for him. Now he’s one of the most sought after coaches in the country and about to cash a ridiculous paycheck at Nebraska!
