he can do is lay blame on players and staff, while giving himself some token responsibility here and there. The guy should man up and say "we lose as a team, we succeed as a team." If the offense only scores 10 points, then the team didn't do its job by giving up more than 10 points. End of story. That's Coaching 101. KS hasn't figured that out with all his D1 experience? He apparently does nothing to game plan, other than to make public comments that he wants to be "more aggressive." Then, after a loss, he goes after the offense for not running the ball enough when the opponent (U Mass) was stacking the box. That's some great game "analysis" there from a BYU HC.

Say what you will about my "analysis." I have now had two seasons to watch KS and TD. The S&C program is a joke, but KS defends his guy as the best the country has to offer. No explanation about injuries, the fact that other teams are stronger, in better condition. Nope. Greatest ever. That's some outstanding "analysis" by KS - wouldn't you agree?

Sorry, any HC who undermines certain members of his staff while going to the wall for guys who don't deserve it should be a short timer at BYU. KS got his shot. His strength is supposed to be recruiting; however, I will be surprised if we see any measurable uptick in recruiting with the kind of "hang loose" culture at BYU that KS has created. Guys who want to win don't want to be in a program where their teammates are not pushed to perform their very best. That's what we have under KS right now. Head scratching losses all around. Does Ty deserve blame? Sure, along with every other member of the staff, including Tuiaki - who has been awful in his own right.
