program to be the missionary program it can be or not? Good grief. I'd understand the hesitancy if BYU athletics were running a deficit and donors weren't willing to step up. That is NOT the case. Athletics run at a profit and donors want to back BYU. If this were any other program in the country, the boosters would say put up or shut up.
