Anyone who doesn't see that is completely lacking in perspective. He isn't a sure thing, but the highest-paid OL coach in the country, who coached on a national championship team, who has been a running game coordinator at 4 P5 programs (which is a co-OC job, albeit subordinate to the official OC), who has spent 8 years in the SEC, and whose elite program TWICE made very expensive efforts to keep us from hiring him as our OC - that is the best assistant hire in terms of resume that BYU has ever made. There is no one that could even be compared to him.
