You seem to be confusing atmospheric temperature with global heat content
That post shows that the earth has indeed been warming in the last 17 years. All evidence points to that. You are confusing atmospheric temperature with heat. The heat content of the earth has kept increasing. Any apparent halt in increasing atmospheric temperatures is mainly the result of ocean cycles like El Nino/La Nina. That is why it is important to look at long term trends, not short term swings. The post outlines all of this.

Climategate was one tiny little chunk of data, and has been egregiously blown out of proportion.
