That's kinda what I figured was going on

Which is why I'm kinda pissed at all three parties, I know the doctor is over billing knowing the insurance company will low-ball him, I'm pissed that the doctor is trying to stick me for the entire over billed charges meaning now I'm stuck wasting time trying to negotiate the price down to the actual fair rate he should have originally charged me for his services to begin with.
