I don't think someone who breaks the law of chastity or the WOW should

be kicked out or suspended. A bishop can decide come ecclesiastical endorsement time whether that person is trying to do better in that area or not. If they aren't trying, don't renew the endorsement. If someone is having sex but just not saying anything, then God will deal with that just like anywhere else. No one should get booted or suspended for making mistakes.
