I guess the question is: if there's a code of conduct by BYU that includes

certain requirements, are there ever university level punishments for those violations?

Or is the code essentially just a mantra but it never affects academic standing?

And if it does affect academic standing, what do we do to help bishops be semi uniform in their application?

I like the idea, but I have a hard time with the execution.
