scholarships based upon ability to pay, much like the Ivy League schools do now. Now bright LDS kid should be denied a BYU education because they can't afford to attend....just my $0.02

I don't think I've ever met, nor heard of any student who passed on BYU because of cost. Have you?

I know several. Scholarship to UVU was more important than going to BYU
