Bronco went away from the 3-3-5 because recruiting good DBs is tough at BYU
By going to the 4-2-5, not only would you be emphasizing positions that aren't traditional strengths for BYU (DB & DE), but you'd be doing it at the expense of positions that are traditional strengths for BYU (OLB & ILB).
