while 4-3 DL need to get pressure. They are different skill sets. Some players can do both, but in a 3-4 you want most of the pressure to come from the LB spot, whereas in a 4-3 you want it to come from the DL. So recruiting good 3-4 DL doesn't mean they'll be good in a 4-3.
