I think you are wrong. Unfortunately, you don't have my documentation
and I am not going to go back and read it.
Given their tenacity at not letting me pay it off, I am not sure they will simply waive it if what you say is true...They could have easily programmed in the $25 fee on the mortgage statement, but they didn't. That is why I think you are wrong.
