I can't understand people that enjoy negotiating for cars. I absolutely hate that.

I also can't explain why this has been so much fun - probably because the stakes are so low. Even if I lose, it isn't a big deal.

Probably a fee for reconveyance. Normal when dealing with loans secured by real estate.
