You do realize this is BYU right? You don't have access to your guys until year
4-5. It's not like other places where you can start counting on your own recruits in years 2 and 3. Honestly don't get this idea that BYU is the type of program where you can just fire coaches every 3 years if they aren't world beaters. It's crazy.
