Not picking up younger fans. Just drive around Utah. Lots more evidence of Ute fandom than BYU. At least that is my experience.

As a struggling HC you get to change coordinators once. Then its your fault.

OC is on year 2, DC on year 4. So one left to swap out to see. The other deserves a year 3 if the other got 4.
