I keep hearing people say that Kalani needs time to grow into the position. He's had four years and I don't see any
improvement. They team keeps doing the same things expecting better results. I get the feeling that Kalani does not know how to fix this. I love Kalani and I desperately want him to succeed but I don't think he has the leadership ability and the know how to make the necessary changes to be successful.
