I mean - it does, by order, close places that people congregate and have a lot of contact: pools, playgrounds, rec centers, theaters, etc. It also closes places that require close body contact - like makeup, massage, spas, tattoo parlors, hair salons, etc.

But it says people can still go out and run/walk/exercise - just keep your distance.

And it also says that people can still go to work, as long as their work allows them to social distance and keep 6 feet away from others there. The list of essential places is ridiculously long and includes about anything that isn't on those two lists above. Basically - you can still go do whatever shopping you want.
