My understanding

is that a stay at home order means you can't leave your except to go grocery shopping or to the doctor. Unless if course, you're deemed an essential employee. It's much much stricter and more restrictive than what we're doing now.

Or maybe I'm describing a Shelter in place order. I'm not 100% sure if they're the same thing.
