Can someone explain to me the difference between the stay at home mandate
And the governor’s “stay at home, stay safe” directive? Seems to me the only difference is an enforcement mechanism of a class b misdemeanor.
What kind of behavior that’s going on will actually change?
CNN was banging this drum last night acting as if Utah has no social distancing measures, which just paints a totally false picture.

And even local within Utah. A community like Hanksville shouldn't be treated the same as downtown SLC.
