I mean - they haven't used "rule of law" or whatever to fine or charge people with a crime. But the list of do's and don't's is essentially what most states have given in their stay home orders, no?
If feels like saying that Utah hasn't issued a statewide stay home order is a little disingenuous. Because for the most part, I think it's working. I mean - it hasn't been as strict as some quarantine orders in some states - but for the most part people seem to be doing pretty well with things.
