Level of education correlates well with likelihood of getting such a procedure.

Utah women have lower levels of education, on average, than their peers in other states. Braces correct a disfigurement, implants modify the body to achieve a culturally conditioned view of beauty. I doubt most people would find them equivalent. If you truly equate braces and breast implants, are you against two sets of earrings or small tattoos? If so, why?
