I’m late to this thread, and it may have already been stated

But when I lived in CA, the nurse attending my wife during the birth of our daughter mentioned that all the nurses at that hospital go to Utah for plastic surgery because it is so much cheaper. I think there is a relatively high number who come in from out of state compared to other states in the country.
